Fat Maki Sushi Rolls


  • Fresh cucumber
  • Egg omelet Normally I use 4 eggs, beaten, seasoned with a little salt, just to taste
  • Curry mayo
  • Cooked short grain rice sushi rice, seasoned as you would make sushi rice, the easiest would be adding vinegar sugar and salt solution to the rice right after rice is cooked.
  • Nori sheet roasted seaweed
  • Chicken/turkey/beef bologna slices


  • Once your rice is seasoned, mix in some curry mayo, just enough to taste, stir to mix
  • Lay a nori sheet on bamboo rolling mat
  • Add some rice, pat to spread, top at one end of the rice with washed and sliced cucumber, sliced egg omelet, sliced bologna
  • Roll and slice
