Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

A

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp BSoda
  • a pinch of salt

B

  • 1/2 c peanut butter I prefer smooth and creamy, but if you have chunky, it works as well
  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix A
  • In a separate bowl, beat B until creamy
  • Fold in A, then fold in 1/2 c white chocolate chips
  • Take a heaping tbsp of dough, roll to balls, then with the bottom of a glass/cup/or just fork, flatten dough
  • Bake on preheated 350 F for 10 mins
