Pasta Salad With Stuffed Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 cup small pasta + 1 handful of pasta boiled with a little salt and 1 tbsp of oil, drain
  • Stuffed Manzanilla olives with Pimiento Pate as needed sliced (I used Coronation)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp chopped tomatoes seeded
  • 2 tbsp of 1% milk
  • 3 olives for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp of grated partly skim cheese
  • dash of dried Italian seasoning
  • dash of dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of tuna drained, flaked

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve right away or serve cold as desired
