Banana-Mallow Dollar Pancakes (Serabi Pisang)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • milk as needed
  • 1 1/4 cups wheat flour or regular white all purpose
  • a dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup marshallow
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsps vanilla extract
  • 2 sachets of low calorie sweetener or sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • raisins chocolate rice (this isn't the same as chocolate sprinkles in Canadian market. Chocolate rice is made of milk, chocolate butter and usually its Dutch and/or Asian brand), grated cheese

Instructions

  • Add dry ingredients well (flour, salt, vanilla sugar, sweetener). Pour in milk, only as needed (1/2 cup or less), mix well, until all dry ingredients dissolved
  • Add in vanilla extract, marshmallow, egg, mix well
  • Add in mashed banana/banana slices, mix well
  • Heat pan, brush with a little oil, pour batter, fry until golden brown, on lower-medium heat
  • Give a little touch of chocolate rice or raisins or grated cheese on top of cake
