They are easy to make and they can be candies, cookies, snacks or whatever you wish them to be ;-)
Food flavoring and coloring as you like
Beat egg whites until frothy on low-med speed
Add in sugar bits by bits, on medium-high
Once sugar all gone, increase to high speed until thickened
Drop by tbsp or pipe as you please, on parchment paper
Bake on 212 F for 50 minutes
This recipe is good for making pavlova base as well!
