Chili Cilantro Corn

Ingredients

  • 4 corns
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp cayenne/chili powder omit if its for kids!

Instructions

  • Boil corn, drain, grill on medium heat, for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally (you can grill fresh corn though, we boil them first because that is the way my kids would eat them haha).
  • Stir the other ingredients except cilantro (the measurements above are only approx. so adjust to your liking!)
  • Once corns are grilled, coat with sour cream and sprinkle with cilantro and cayenne powder.
