Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 250 g ground beef brown
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Cubed potatoes baby carrots
  • 3 tsp cumin whole
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic and onion powder
  • 2 beef cubes
  • 2 to mato soup
  • 4 cans of water
  • 1 pinto beans
  • 1 corn

Instructions

  • Once beef is browned
  • Stir in garlic and onion, until fragrant
  • Add in potatoes and carrots, cook for at least 5 mins
  • Then pour in tomato soup, water, and season with spices
  • Add in beans and corn
  • Boil medium heat until potatoes and carrots tender
  • Serve with pasta or rice
