Breaded Chicken


  • Skinless boneless chicken breast (if they are thick fat ones, slice into two per breast), as needed
  • 1-2 eggs
  • Enough AP flour
  • Salt as needed
  • Oatmeal regular
  • Cooking oil


  • Beat the eggs lightly
  • Mix salt and flour
  • Dip chicken slices into beaten eggs then coat in flour
  • Dip back into egg then coat with oatmeal
  • Fry in hot oil
  • Serve warm
