Sourdough Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c sourdough starter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lukewarm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Pizza or spaghetti Sauce
  • cheese
  • topping of your choice

Instructions

  • Mix and knead starter, oil, bread flour, salt and lukewarm water
  • Let rest dough for half hour
  • Roll flat with rolling pin or just spreading it out with your fingers
  • Then bake crust on preheated 425 F for 10 minutes
  • Take out crust, brush with olive oil
  • Spread pizza sauce and top with cheese and meat
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes
