Let's Tango Wings


  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • a generous pinch cayenne powder or 1 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes
  • Mix all in a bowl then add in 1 tbsp raisins, a tsp allspice powder and 1/2 tsp onion powder, stir well.
  • 1/3 c cooking oil
  • half of a medium size onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced


  • Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then pour in sauce mixture, stir, on high heat
  • Low heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Pour mixture into a food processor, and process for a minute
  • Line aluminum foil on baking sheet and grease with butter, set aside
  • Marinade 20-25 chicken wings with sauce, coating well then place wings into the sheet
  • Bake on preheated 375 F for 25-30 mins
