Mix dry ingredients. Make well in the center
Dissolve yeast and let stand until foamy. Mix in salt and oil, stir. Pour into well
Knead dough well
Sprinkle cinnamon powder and raisins on last kneading
Coat bowl with oil. Let rest dough until doubled in size for half hour
Divide dough @100 g each
Let rest for another half hour
Brush top with mixture of yolk and milk
Bake at 350 f for 30 mins
To make the cross, its just the simplest one of icing sugr dissolved with water
