Korean Corn Dog

Equipment

  • Skewers

Ingredients

  • Sliced pizza Mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced chicken frankfurter
  • Takis
  • Cheetos hot flaming ones are best!
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Batter

  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp BP
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

  • Thread sliced cheese and Frankfurt on skewers, set aside
  • Crush Takis and Cheetos, set aside
  • Mix ingredients for batter
  • Preheat oil on medium high until hot
  • Dip skewers into batter
  • Roll skewers on crushed takis or cheetos
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Sprinkle corn dog with sugar
  • Serve immediately with Sriracha mayo or ketchup
