Rhubarb Butter

Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 c rhubarb slices
  • 3 c sugar
  • 3 Valencia orange yummo!
  • 1/3 c water

Instructions

  • Place into a pot
  • Bring to boil on medium heat
  • Stir continuously
  • Lower heat
  • Cook until rhubarb slices turn into spreadable texture
