Urap Sayur


  • All sorts of veggies such as cabbage long beans, spinach, bean sprouts, boiled separately and drain from the water. Some ppl like it half cooked, some other like it thoroughly cooked and tender
  • 100 g unsweetened desiccated coconut or more
  • 1 medium-small onion
  • 3 garlic
  • 4 bird eye chilies
  • A finger tip of hard shrimp paste
  • 1 heaping tsp ground kencur-aromatic lesser galangal


  • Process spices in food processor
  • Mix well spices and coconut
  • Dry fry
  • Adjust salt and sugar
  • Pour mixture into cooked veggies, mix well
