Tumis Sawi

bokchoy stir fry


  • 1 bag of sawi
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Vegeta/Royco powder
  • Salt sugar to taste
  • Oil and water as needed


  • Heat oil and saute onion plus garlic
  • Add in sliced washed and drained sawi, stir until somewhat tender
  • Pour in a little water, stir
  • Add in spices and cook until tender
  • Serve immediately
