Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion slice
  • 3-4 garlic slice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c cooked shrimp
  • 1 c mixed veggies frozen, rinse, thaw - carrots and peas
  • 4 beef wieners slice
  • 1 pouch Indofood Nasi Goreng
  • 4 plates cooked rice
  • 1/4 c ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute onion and garlic
  • Stir in eggs
  • Add in shrimp veggies wieners
  • Season with Indofood
  • Stir in rice, ketchup
  • Adjust flavor with Vegeta
  • Serve immediately
