Tofu Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vege stock
  • 3 cups water
  • Hungarian Vegeta seasoning you can use Royco if you are in Indonesia or any other seasoning powder as substitute
  • soft tofu cubed
  • ground white pepper and salt to taste
  • 1-2 celery stalk slice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic I used store bough

Instructions

  • Bring everything to a boil, once the celery slightly tender, add in the cubed tofu and let it boils again and cook for another 5-8 minutes
  • Serve warm

Notes

If you like it hot, add some Vietnamese Sriracha hot sauce for pho bo!
