Mash banana in a bowl, set aside
Stir sugar, aquafaba, flax seeds, chia seeds, essence, and oil to combine in another bowl, let stand 5 mins
Microwave frozen spinach to soften
In a bowl, combine flour, BP, BSoda, salt, cocoa powder
Pour in wet into dry and stir to just combined
Add in 1/8 c chocolate chips and spinach, stir a bit
Fill 6 cupcake wrappers (2 tbsp each of batter)
Sprinkle with 1/8 c Choc cips
Bake for 25 mins in preheated 350 F
Cool on rack and enjoy ?
