Tomato Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1/2 c rice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 4 cans water measure using the tomato soup can
  • 1 can chickpeas drain
  • Baby carrots as many as you wish
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 4 tsp Vegeta powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt

Instructions

  • Rinse rice, soak in 1 c water for 5-10 mins
  • Brown beef, add in rice
  • Cook until water absorbed
  • Stir in cumin
  • Pour in soup and water
  • Add in chickpeas, carrots and bay lkeaf
  • Season with Vegeta, garlic, and celery salt
  • Cook until rice is cooked and carrots tender
