Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower sliced/chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp corn oil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c flour
  • 3 c chicken broth
  • 2 c oil
  • 1-3 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • Croutons/buns to serve

Instructions

  • Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender, lower hear
  • Heat oil, saute onion and garlic, ad in flour, dry fry
  • Pour in broth, stir to thicken
  • Pour in milk, stir to thicken
  • Pour mixture into cooked cauliflower, stir well
  • Add in worcester sauce, stir, adjust taste
  • Sprinkle with sauce to melt
  • Serve immediately with croutons
