Jabba The Hutt Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup salted margarine
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sultanas

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking pan
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg until well blended.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; stir into the butter mixture alternately with tablespoons of milk until the flour is fully incorporated.
  • Stir in sultanas.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared baking pan.
  • Press down lightly with a fork. If the fork is sticking, dip it in warm water.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
  • Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
