Slice chicken into strips
Rinse chow mein in hot water, drain
Heat oil, saute garlic
Scramble eggs, set to side on the pan
Add in chicken and cook until white-ish
Set chicken to side on the pan
Add in carrots, cook until chicken totally white and carrots somewhat soften
Add in chow mein, mix
Add in bean sprouts, mix
Season with oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, Vegeta and white pepper powder
Adjust flavoring to your liking
Mix in chives
Serve immediately topped with fried onion
