Chai Tea Chia Pudding

Puding Biji Chia Rasa Teh Chai

Ingredients

  • 1 bag chai tea
  • enough hot water
  • 1 tbsp nut milk
  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1 envelope low calorie sweetener or 2 tsp of sugar or any other sweetener of your choice, maple syrup is wonderful as well, or as needed
  • slivered almonds optional
  • dried cranberries optional

Instructions

  • Steep tea bag in hot boiling water for 2 mins, stir in nut milk
  • Stir in chia seeds and sweetener, until the seeds are blooming (2 mins)
  • Serve immediately with the optional ingredients
