Creamy Leek Soup & Bacon

Ingredients

  • 3 large leeks discard the top green part and the roots, thinly sliced
  • 3 large celeries thinly sliced
  • 4 large potatoes cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • Vegeta powder seasoning to taste
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 box mushroom broth
  • 2 c water

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute leeks and celery slices until soften
  • Stir in cubed potatoes, garlic powder, Vegeta and black pepper
  • Pour in broth and water, cover the lid, cancel saute and select soup, adding 5 more mins to the timer
  • Once soup is ready, with immersion blender, puree soup and pour into serving bowl
