Almond Roca

Ingredients

  • A brick of butter
  • 2 c white sugar
  • A bag of milk choc chips
  • A bag of slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Melt butter, add in sugar, bring to a boil stirring continuously
  • Boil until candy thermometer shows 300 F
  • Pour onto cookie sheet lined with parchment, tilt to spread
  • Top with choc chips, spread
  • Sprinkle with almond
  • Let set for 3 H before breaking it into pieces
