Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp diced onion
  • 2 whole eggs
  • A plate of cooked rice
  • Chicken Vienna sausage 1 tin
  • 1 tbsp ready to use fried garlic
  • 1/2 tin sweet corn kernels peaches and cream
  • Vegetable rice spice seasoning to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter, saute onion until soften
  • Stir in beaten eggs
  • Add in cooked rice, stir
  • Add in sliced sausage, stir
  • Stir in corn followed with fried garlic
  • Season
  • Serve immediately
