Bloom yeast in sugar water
Mix flour, salt, and icing sugar in a bowl
Pour in yeast mixture, knead
Knead in egg followed with butter, let rest until doubled in size
Roll dough flat, spread with cinnamon spread
Drop raisins and chopped pecans all over, roll into swiss roll, slice into portions
Place rolls onto baking pan, let stand until doubled in size
Bake on preheated 350 F for 30-40 mins depending on your oven
