Cinnamon Spread Rolls (Pull-Apart)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 3 c strong baker's flour
  • A pinch of fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c cinnamon spread
  • 2 handful raisins
  • 100 g chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Bloom yeast in sugar water
  • Mix flour, salt, and icing sugar in a bowl
  • Pour in yeast mixture, knead
  • Knead in egg followed with butter, let rest until doubled in size
  • Roll dough flat, spread with cinnamon spread
  • Drop raisins and chopped pecans all over, roll into swiss roll, slice into portions
  • Place rolls onto baking pan, let stand until doubled in size
  • Bake on preheated 350 F for 30-40 mins depending on your oven
