Celery Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 celery heads
  • 1/4-1/3 c sliced onion
  • 5 garlic slice
  • 1/4 c unsalted butter
  • 3 baby potatoes
  • 1 lbs ground chicken
  • 800 ml chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c fresh dill
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste (optional)
  • Lemom juice to taste
  • Croutons optional

Instructions

  • Melt butter and saute onion and garlic
  • Stir in sliced celeries, cook until somewhat tender
  • Stir in chicken, cook until changed in color
  • Add in cubed potatoes
  • Pour in broth, heavy cream, and season with the rest of the ingredients
  • Cook until potatoes, dill, and celeries soften, and chicken is well cooked
  • Serve as is or turn into creamy soup, with croutons if you like
