Melt butter and saute onion and garlic
Stir in sliced celeries, cook until somewhat tender
Stir in chicken, cook until changed in color
Add in cubed potatoes
Pour in broth, heavy cream, and season with the rest of the ingredients
Cook until potatoes, dill, and celeries soften, and chicken is well cooked
Serve as is or turn into creamy soup, with croutons if you like
