Dinner Rolls (Bread Maker)

Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/4 c bread flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 tsp coarse Kosher salt
  • 3 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  • Place ingredients into your bread maker
  • Select "dough" setting
  • Dump ready dough onto working surface, shape into long log
  • Slice into portions, then shape each portion into rounds
  • Place rolls onto greased sheet, brush rolls with melted butter
  • Let stand in warm place until doubled in size
  • Bake on preheated 375 F, until golden brown (12 mins)
