Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 to matoes
  • 1 carton chicken broth
  • Coarse Kosher salt and ground white pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cover tomatoes briefly in hot boiling water, peel skin
  • Slice/cube everything and place into a large bowl
  • Pour in broth, flavor with salt, white pepper and juice
