Pasta and Tomato Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c pasta penne, curly, macaroni whichever
- Water
- Salt
- 3-4 medium size tomato
- 1 generous pinch oregano
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 handful frozen cooked beef sausage
- 2 handful shredded mozzarella
- 2 handful bread crumbs
- Butter
Instructions
- Bring pasta to boil in salted water until al dente, drain, set aside
- On non stick pan, saute tomato slices til soften, season with oregano, white pepper and salt
- Grease pie plate with butter
- Dump cooked pasta on pie plate, top with tomato, beef sausage, cheese, bread crumbs
- Dot top with butter all over
- Bake on preheated 350 F for 20 mins
