Pour 1/4 c lemon juice into a pot
Peel apple and drop them into the pot
Core apples and slice them, put them back into the pot
Pour another 1/4 c lemon juice, toss the sliced apples
Place the rest of the ingredients into a separate pot, mix to combine
Pour in water, stir, bring to boil 2 minutes
Add in apple slices
Cook til soften and thicken, on low-medium heat
Cool to room temperature, fill up ziplock bags
Freeze until ready to use
