Macaroni and Beef

Ingredients

Macaroni

  • 2 c macaroni
  • Enough hot boiling water

Beef Sauce

  • 200 g ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c or more spaghetti sauce (this time I used roasted mushroom flavor)
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Topping

  • Cheese optional

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef, pour away the fat, place ground beef back to the pan
  • Pour in sauce, stir to combine
  • Pour in water and sprinkle some chives and parsley
  • If needed, add a little salt (or Vegeta powder) and ground white pepper

Macaroni

  • In a bowl, place macaroni and pour enough hot boiling water to cover it
  • Cover bowl with cling wrap, poke holes
  • Microwave for 9 mins, drain
  • Serve macaroni topped with beef sauce and generous cheese (if using)
