Cut tortillas using cookie cutter, cat, ghost, skeleton etc for Halloween, or pumpkin, turkey, etc for Thanksgiving
Bake at 350 F until crisp, about 8-12 mins, cool on rack
Dip
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy then add in pumpkin puree gradually followed with the rest of the ingredients
Notes
This dip is awesome chilled, great warmed, so either way is fine although I prefer them chilled.I use this plastic jack o lantern that can be purchased at Dollar Store. Since I am not sure whether it's food safe or not, I washed clean and pat dry then lined with plastic wrapI fill up ziplock bag with dip, snip the corner, and pipe dip into jack o lanternI serve the front side where you can see jack o lantern grin with zombies and cat (I broke hands and legs here and there, making the skeleton shaped chips into zombies) for Halloween and the turkey and pumpkin shaped chips for Thanksgiving and only by turning the jack o lantern so you cannot see its grin ;)
