Slice mini potatoes and baby carrots, soak in water
Skin mushrooms and cut stems, rinse and drain
Slice green onions, set aside
Slice cabbage, set aside
In a bowl, mix salt, turmeric powder, garlic powder and water, marinade fish for 5 mins
Heat oil, medium heat, fry fish, drain, set aside
Heat butter, saute sliced garlic and shallots til fragrant
Add in veggies, minced ginger, broth, cook til veggies soften
Season with sweet soy sauce, mushroom granuls, and Vegeta powder plus white pepper
Add in fish
Serve with warm rice
