Boil spaghetti until al dente, drain from water (but do not throw away the water), set aside
Soak vermicelli in spaghetti water to soften, drain
Slice bakso, wieners, set aside
Slice green onions, set aside
Heat butter, scramble eggs
Stir in rinsed cabbage and carrots, cook to soften
Pour in chicken broth
Season veggies with garlic and onion powder
Add in noodles, stir
Season with chives, Vegeta, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, and white pepper
Stir in green onions, serve
