Nasi Goreng

smoked oyster fried rice

Ingredients

  • cooked rice enough for 4-6 servings
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 large beef sausage/wieners thinly sliced
  • 1 box smoked oyster in oil drain, don’t rinse
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can sweet corn kernels drain
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • garlic powder onion powder, Vegeta powder, mushroom granules, ground white pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter, scrambled eggs. Stir in sliced wieners, cook for 5 mins
  • Stir in cooked rice, cook 5 mins
  • Add seasonings, adjust to your liking
  • Stir in smoked oyster and lastly corn kernels, cook 5-8 minutes
  • Add in chives, cook 2 mins
  • Serve immediately
