Pistachio Creme Brulee

Ingredients

  • 1 box instant pudding such as Jell-o pistachio flavor (or any other that you like!), 99 g
  • 1 3/4 c milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar light or brown doesn't matter OR coconut palm sugar

Instructions

  • Dissolve pudding powder in milk, whisk until thickened
  • Pour into oven proof mold such as for creme brulee or even a bowl
  • Chill for 10 minutes in the fridge, take out and sprinkle with sugar
  • Place oven rack right under broiler and broil pudding for 1.5 minutes, until sugar melted and bubbly (watch out not to burn sugar)
  • Let stand for a minute and enjoy~
