Cheesecake Pops

Ingredients

Topping

  • Chocolate malt balls like Whoopers
  • Chocolate coconut bars like Bounty
  • Chocolate peanut butter cups like Reese's
  • Colorful mini chocolates like M n' Ms
  • Mini marshmallows
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp butter optional
  • Sweetened condensed milk caramel/dulce de leche or chocolate or regular
  • Strawberry

Cheesecake

  • 2 blocks cream cheese 8 oz each, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs mix with 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • 2 blocks cream cheese (8 oz each), room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, mix with 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Pressed graham cracker crumbs on 8 inch spring form pan and bake for 5 minutes at preheated 325 F, set aside
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Pour into crust.
  • Bake for 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Slice cheesecake into 8 portions and stick in popsicle stick into each slice (shown on picture)

Topping

  • Melt chocolate chips - with butter (if needed), in microwave at 30 seconds intervals
  • Pour on cheesecake slices with a spoon, and top with whatever you like
  • Let chocolate harden (place in fridge for at least 5 minutes) and enjoy~
