This dish is perfect to be served with veggie stir-fry and warm rice by the way
Ingredients
1tbspchopped parsley
1box of mushroomthinly sliced
salted margarine
2big chicken breastsskinless, boneless
Hungarian Vegeta Seasoning
1cmgingercrushed or thinly sliced
1lemon
1small onionthinly sliced
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into 4 pieces, marinade with Hungarian Vegeta seasoning with a little bit of water for 5 minutes
Cut lemon and sliced thinly half of it, set aside
Heat 2-3 tbsp of salted margarine and brown the chicken breasts. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of salted margarine, saute ginger, mushroom, parsley, onion and lemon slices. Add 1/4 tsp of Hungarian Vegeta and fresh lemon juice from the other half of the lemon. Simmer for 5 minutes and pour over chicken
