Mix yogurt and the rest of the ingredients well; marinate chicken thighs and place in the fridge for 4 hours at least (best is overnight)
Preheat oven to 400 F
Remove chicken using a slotted spoon and place in a baking dish; bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
Basting with leftover marinade once awhile while cooking.
Serve with jasmine rice.
