Melt margarine and saute onion until translucent, then add in celery, mix well
Add in tuna and mushroom, mix well, add in 1/2 cup of water and paprika, stir well.
Add in mashed potatoes, stir well. Pour in milk, stir well.
Add seasonings, stir well.
Add in cream of mushroom or cream of celery or cream of chicken and 1 cup of water (or less for thicker chowder), stir well. Then finely drop about 3-4 drops of hot sauce, stir well.
Let simmer, not too boiled. Serve hot with bacon bits or toast or a spoon of sour cream
