Schuimpjes

They are easy to make and they can be candies, cookies, snacks or whatever you wish them to be ;-)

Ingredients

  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 ml egg whites
  • Food flavoring and coloring as you like

Instructions

  • Beat egg whites until frothy on low-med speed
  • Add in sugar bits by bits, on medium-high
  • Once sugar all gone, increase to high speed until thickened
  • Drop by tbsp or pipe as you please, on parchment paper
  • Bake on 212 F for 50 minutes

Notes

This recipe is good for making pavlova base as well!
