Langos

Ingredients

  • 360 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 56 g vegan margarine
  • cooking oil

Garlic Oil

  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • enough olive oil

Instructions

  • Bloom yeast in water, then add in flour mixture, then knead in margarine.
  • Let rest til doubled in size
  • Heat enough oil
  • Fry dough on both sides until golden brown
  • Brush with garlic oil
  • Top with DF sour cream and DF cheese if you have

Garlic Oil

  • To make garlic oil, just mix garlic and oil!
