Potato Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Radish at least 400 g
  • 1/2 bag of various baby potatoes red, white, purple
  • 3-5 green onion
  • Mayonnaise salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and lime or lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  • Wash clean potatoes, steam until tender but not too soft. Take out from steamer, soak in cold tap water, then quarter. Place in a large bowl
  • Wash radish and remove a little of the top and bottom, slice into smaller portions, then add into the bowl as well
  • Slice thinly green onion, also add into the bowl
  • Add enough mayonnaise as a binder but also as a flavoring, adjusting salt and black pepper to your liking and if you like to, lemon or lime juice as well
  • Serve with your favorite steak! (Serve immediately will still give you the crunching of radish, but chilled a couple of H before serving allows flavorings to distribute evenly)
