Tofu and Veggies Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of firm tofu cubed, 350 g
  • 1 bag of carrot ready to use matchstick style, 204 g
  • 1 bag of green beans thinly sliced, 400 g
  • 6 garlic sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bag of bean sprouts 454 g
  • Magi seasoning to taste
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Mushroom granules to flavor
  • Celery salt to flavor
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 1/2 – 1 c water

Instructions

  • Heat oil and saute garlic until softened
  • Stir in tofu, followed with green beans and carrots
  • Season and pour in water. Cover with lid
  • Once carrots and green beans tender, stir un bean sprouts and cook a little more (we like the bean sprouts still somewhat crunchy, but softened bran sprouts in the stir fry is great as well)
  • Serve immediately
