Blueberry Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp BP
- 1/2 tsp BSoda
- A generous pinch of salt
- 1/4 c melted unsalted butter watch the vlog!
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour cream
- As many thawed frozen blueberry as you like
- Sprinkling sugar
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients, set a side
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together, then fold on blueberry
- Dump batter onto a pan, sprinkle top with sugar
- Bake in preheated 350 F for 15-18 minutes
