Greek Feta and Oregano Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of bow ties 500 g
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans chickpeas
  • 1 small container mini tomatoes
  • 1 tub feta cheese
  • 1 tub bocconcini cheese
  • 1 bottle Greek Feta and Oregano dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Peanut oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Bring enough water to boil, seasoned with salt and a tbsp of peanut oil
  • Drop in bow ties, and bring back to boil, cook for 10-13 mins, drain, cool for 5 mins, dump pasta onto a large bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • Drain garbanzo beans and rinse. Dump beans onto the bowl, stir to mix.
  • Crumble feta cheese onto the bowl, stir to mix.
  • Add in bocconcini and sweet mini tomatoes, stir to mix.
  • Season with dressing (the more the tastier!)
  • Chill an H or two, serve!!
