Vegan N'oatmeal

Not Oeatmeal Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 c hot boiling water
  • a squirt of low/zero calories sweetener
  • 1/2 of a mango process to juice/puree with 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
  • slivered almond for topping
  • dried fruit e.g pineapple for topping

Instructions

  • Mix flax and chia, pour hot water, mix. Stir in sweetener.
  • Puree mango with milk, pour into chia mixture. Sprinkle with almond and dried pineapple.
