In a stand up mixer, using hook attachment, mix flour, sugar, spices, and puree
Pour in yeast mixture
Knead in 2 tbsp vegan margarine
Cover dough and let rest in warm area for half H
Punch down dough, let rest again for 10-20 minutes
Drop dough on hot oil
Roll donuts in cinnamon sugar (sugar mixed with cinnamon powder)
